Hairline and density
Have them point at your face and show where the line would sit. Ask if you can preview density before you pick a date. If your native hair may keep thinning behind the graft zone, ask what they would do in a few years.
Donor area and OR team
Find out whether the named surgeon extracts and places grafts or techs do most of the work. Ask how they avoid over-harvesting the donor zone. Bring your med list and ask what to stop before surgery.
Aftercare
Aftercare sheet should cover swelling, sleep angle, first wash, and gym timing. Write answers down. A mock-up on your phone helps the line talk. Medical orders still come only from the clinic.
